Australian & International Delivery

Australian orders will be charged a flat fee of $8.99. International orders will be charged a flat fee of $24.99. Australian and International orders ship from our Australian headquarters in Collingwood, Melbourne. Orders will be dispatched next working day. Please take care to ensure your full address is listed to avoid any delays.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates

Free standard delivery on all Christmas orders placed before 24th December within Australia. To ensure your order arrives before Christmas Day please ensure all orders follow our estimated cut off date of 18th December.

Standard Domestic & International Shipping

All products will be dispatched next working day but please note during sale/promotional periods processing can take up to 2 business days. VLS Collective holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.

Express Post

We offer an Express Post next day delivery at a flat rate of $15 per domestic order. Please note Express orders will be shipped the next working day after your order is placed.

Please email info@vlscollective.com if you encounter any issues. Please note once your parcel arrives at the destination country Australia Post will hand this over to the Local Postal Service for delivery. You can track this shipment by using your Aus Post Tracking ID. Place this into the online tracking portal of your countries local postal service.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. VLS Collective cannot predict what these charges may be, we recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the exact details. We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. VLS Collective holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VLS Collective purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return. Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of arrivals for a return or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Extended XMAS Returns: All orders placed from 26th November have an extended return date until January 10th. 

For Returns and Exchanges please email info@vlscollective.com requesting an exchange/return upon which the return address will be supplied.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us. It is recommended to use a prepaid postal service.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be processed.

Sale Items

We do not refund on sale items, outlet or discounted items during promotional periods (unless faulty), so please choose carefully. We will happily exchange the item for something of the same value.

Faulty Items

Please contact our customer care team at info@vlscollective.com if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase. If your item is deemed faulty, VLS Collective will do its best to replace the item or issue a refund. Please note all faulty items purchased outside of VLS Collective must be reported and returned to the same store. This is dependent on the store’s policy.
